Called 2 days prior to my appt. The truck was locked up in the service center, once they finally got it opened the truck was still filthy. The salesman didn’t know how to work any of the options on the truck.
Very polite and helpful.
Not a good experience. The first sales guy was good but the sales manager made things difficult. He repeatedly tried to sell me what I told him I could not afford.

If I could give them a zero I would. I drove 90 miles to look at an F150. The website showed the truck in great condition. The salesmen I talked to led me to believe the truck was in great condition. When I arrived I found the truck had been wrecked. They failed to put this info on there website, car fax or disclose it to me personally. I'm still looking for an F150, but I'm not looking at Serra Chevrolet.
