Horrible customer service! I always confirmed my appointments yet was told I wasn’t on the schedule on 2 separate occasions. Worst part is that they didn’t realize I wasn’t on the schedule until 30 minutes after I had arrived & checked in. Total lack of consideration. While Dr. Navarro is a great dentist, I could never see him due to his disorganized & very rude staff.
RecommendedDr NAVARRO and his team hv been my dentist for many many year. I hv tried others and always come back to these folks. Very honest, professional and very caring... Love the choice of the staff, always to be so caring and so friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable. NAVARRO always says the right thing... not only an amazing professional dentist but an amazing Godly man... (without referring to any religion)... thank you so much !!
Dr. Navarro and his staff are not only some of the best professionals in their field, they genuinely make their patients care and well being a top priority. I've been going to this office for over 3 years and have had nothing but the best of experiences. I trust Dr. Navarro and his team with my teeth and my kid's teeth, and that's saying a lot. You'll be hard pressed to find a better dentist and staff.

Dr. Navarro is the best dentist in the Dallas area. If in Highland Park, Henderson/Knox or Uptown, He is your guy. Always fun and a true caregiver. Staff the best! Quick and painless. I have been going for years...
