Since moving to TN in May of 2015 I have developed and suffered bad allergies and ear pain. After each visit to the Salt Cave I have noticed a considerable difference and relief when I leave. I just took my mom yesterday who has been sick for two weeks with sinus congestion and almost immediately her sinuses broke loose and began draining. She was amazed. It's a cool place. Very zen. I dig it.
I went for the first time today, I have sinus problems and skin and circulation problems. It was amazing i could breathe so much easier after and my legs weren't as tight and painful after. I will go back. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful.
It's a little piece of paradise for total relaxation!
