My husband and I bought a Groupon deal to try the salt cave room. It was nice overall, my only complaint is the walls must be very thin because you could hear talking, the phone ringing etc. They did give you headphones that play music but the headphones were really bulky so I found them too uncomfortable to wear. Other than that, we enjoyed it.
Went with a group of 8 others for my first experience. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. The salt pillow eased stiffness in my knee and I left breathing easier. We all enjoyed the shop full of salt scrubs and salt lamps, activated charcoal, soaps and lotions as well.
Omg!!! I'm in love. Officially on my "Must Do" list whenever I'm in town. My chest and lower back were hurting when I first came in. But when I was done with, my back and chest were not hurting anymore. The congestion that had my chest hurting had subsided a lot. I brought a salt pillow also. My TN and AL family now want salt pillows too. I loved the friendly staff and the environment!! Can't wait to come back
