Hubby and I spent our afternoon at here and it did wonders!!! I've been battling congestion in my chest for weeks now. I spent 45 minutes breathing in Himalayan salt and listening to soothing music in the salt cave and I must say I left there being able to breathe better!!! I can't wait to go for my next visit!!!
I've had a wheezing cough for months until 1 visit in the cave. I'm pretty amazed! Highly recommend this for anyone suffering from upper respiratory infection. It was also very relaxing.
Amazing place to relax after a stressful wk at work. No phones, computers, electronics, children for 45 minutes. � Plus the added health benefits.
It was a enjoyable experience. They definitely could have used a 3rd person as it was very busy.
