After having a bad experience at my previous hair Salon i went to Kaitlin at Serenity based on an excellent recommendation. My hair was frizzy I literally hated how it looked and how I looked. Kaitlin not only gave me a new look , she gave me a ton of tips to take care of my hair . I had serious issues with highlights and colors that were used before and she was able to correct it successfully . Settle down folks. Holly screwed up royally. Don't blame her employers for what I HOPE was just an alcohol facilitated error in judgement. Personally I'm glad none of my previous mistakes in life have been broadcasted on the Internet for the entire world to see.
Its a joke people are on here trying to damage this business its not just that girl holly that works here. Other girls income etc will be affected by silly folk giving biased and unfair views. I dont condone what she did but seriously look into any job or anywhere there is a bad apple in every single work place tarnishing the rest with the same brush is wrong and it doesnt make u any bloody better.
