The people that are giving this business a 1 simply doesn't understand independent ,booth rental hairstylist, I can not and should not be held accountable for what the person in the next booth does we are mini salons inside one roof that is all. The personal attack on someone that rents here is reflecting on innocent stylist and their livelihood (how they support their families). ...please stop... u guys (hairstylist) stay strong.
As a business owner myself, I know what kind of damage these one star reviews over something you had no control over can do. I can only hope that my 5 star review will reverse at least one of them. No, I've never been to your salon, but then again, neither have the vast majority of folks leaving the one-star reviews.
The amount of stupidity on some of these reviews sickens me... most haven't the first clue of how a salon works. You can't hold a whole business responsible for one person's idiotic actions, especially when everyone works independently. I honestly sympathize for every single stylist in your establishment, not only has this woman EMBARRASSED you, but I'm sure it has and will take a hit on your OWN personal clientele.
