The salon should not be held responsible for the remarks of one of their employees in her off-time, who most likely is a narcissist, who doesn't realize it because a narcissist is never at fault according to said narcissist.
I am a fellow hairstylist and I have looked at the work this salon produces and it is excellent. Please do not let bad reviews because of one person (who was not representing the salon when they were an idiot) stop you from trying a place like this. I am sure the rest of the staff are wonderful.
