This was a beautiful experience with Nalyn from serenity luxe from the moment I spoke to her and gave her my date. She always stayed in contact with me regarding my surgery. She sent the best nursing staff to help me with my post -op care she also. kept in contact with me regarding my recovery even after three months . if you ladies looking for good aftercare nurses care please see Serenity luxe for your after care needs you will not be disappointed. I absolutely loved her service and will use her again .
Cannot speak more highly the post op recovery care service I received. From my first phone call to inquire about services to where I am now, 8 weeks post op. The first day I was in and out of sleep but they made sure I was up every hour to walk around the room and down the hall (walking with me for safety), ensured I took my medications on time (recording them on a medication log each time with accuracy), arranged for my IV which helped me get some energy back and even after our time together had ended, continued to follow u... read more
I’m telling you to book them! Serenity Luxe was an amazing experience to had especially since I was traveling alone. I felt comfortable and was well taken care of , they accommodated me by so much. Fist by having my surgery canceled then rescheduled at the last minute and on top of that I got a hotel that was kind of out the way and they still were able to be by my side and get me to my post op with not one complaint.
