Honestly, everyone who's ever helped me has been so positive and professional, helping with packages, hanging up coats, offering a refreshment sets a beautiful tone for the pampering you receive. And Betsy is the best! This is why I drive by any number of salons in my home town and drive to Ames. I know I'll never be disappointed!
