From the time that I entered into the beautifully decorated office until the time I left, my visit was very pleasant. The staff is friendly and professional and they explained every aspect of the procedure carefully. I was really impressed and definitely recommend Serene Dental.
From start to finish, my experience at Serene Dental Spa was superb!! Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable, since I have a slight irrational fear of dentists. Dr. Tran was extremely knowledgeable and was honest about why my teeth were in need of some TLC. He shared my x-rays and made me understand what I was actually looking at. I love how I was catered to. Dr. Tran took his time. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I enjoy the cleanliness of environment. When I first walked in, I was impressed that he was considered enough to let his staff leave on time so they didn't have to stay for my late appointment. That was something else I like. Pleasant and satisfying experience.
Both doctors are absolutely wonderful and very thorough. My husband and I moved to the area recently. I was nervous about finding another dentist because I had the same dentist since I had teeth. Their attention to detail and thorough explanation of everything they were doing was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I found out I had a few cavities between my teeth and was so nervous about having them filled because I had never needed any dental work other than cleanings. I am a new patient and had a very pleasant experience with Serene Dental. Very thorough, informative, professional, and personable staff. Brand new office space and equipment and a very convenient location.
Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Our previous dentist has retired so it was time to find a new one, preferably closer to where we live in Weddington. Serene Dental Spa is only 7 minutes from our home so the switch is an easy one for my family.
