Serene Dental Spa is filled with a wonderful, friendly staff. Dr. Javed took great care of me. She explained things in an easy to understand way. She made excellent use of analogies to explain dental concepts to the everyday person. She performed a thorough cleaning of my teeth and I feel confident in relying on her for future dental care.
Dr. Javed-Tran and Natalie were both very kind, friendly and explained clearly each step of the exam. The office is very clean and attractive and it was a pleasant experience, even for someone who's anxious at the dentist!
I usually experience anxiety during dental visits. I found the friendly staff at Serene eased that. I was laughing aloud as we conversed. The care and treatment was given with the upmost respect and gentleness. The rest of my family now goes there too. Each of them were very impressed with the service and care.
Our entire family has dentist anxiety, partially brought on by previous bad experiences. Since we've found Serene Dental Spa, we don't dread the dentist. The office environment is so friendly and calm, the dentist so soothing and patient. I will never go to another dentist
Dr. Javed and Nemi were an excellent team. Both communicate clearly, concisely, in language easy for the patient to understand and feel comfortable with. Every step was explained. They get very high marks for "chair-side" manners. It is great to be in the care of professionals.
I was looking for a new dentist, closer to home and came across Serene Dental Spa....I'm glad I did. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Dr. Javed-Tran was great. She explained what she was doing and afterward spent a good deal of time talking about a course of action going forward. I'm very happy to have found this great office...highly recommended.
We switched to Serene Dental Spa a couple of years ago and will continue to work with this team. We have had varying degrees of services from wisdom teeth extractions to regular cleanings. They are great for getting appt as needed, filing insureance, and they are very gentle and caring!
I was very pleased with services received at Serene Dental spa. Staff was very professional, friendly and made my children and I feel very welcome and comfortable.
