Having had numerous dental works at dentists all over the world and at many clinics here in the U.S., I can undoubtedly say that Serene Dental & Spa with Dr. Javed and Dr. Tran is - by far - THE # 1 in making you feel relaxed and comfortable -- and providing top notch dental work!
I just had my first appointment here and it was great. The experience was relaxing. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. I really felt like they took the time to clean and check my teeth. They also checked for cancer which I have never had that happen before so that was really nice.
Everything about my visit to Seren Dental Spa was amazing. I walked out with a good feeling. The doctors (Husband and Wife) and their staff are the nicest you'll ever meet. They genuinely want to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Javid and her assistant took such great care of me. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free...and I also learned a lot about my mouth in this short visit. I would recommend this office to everyone I know!!!
I Went in for comprehensive check up and I was so impressed with the cleanness of the clinic, and how professional is the staff and Dr. Javid. She went over the process of the comprehensive check up, and made sure I was comfortable. In addition, she took the time to answer my questions. She's very knowledgeable and courteous. I really appreciated the wonderful service the office had offered me.
This is the best and most professional dentist office i have ever visited!! First off they were able to make a emergency appointment for me in less than 24 hours from when I requested it. Every part of my experience there was positive. The actual dentist not receptionist personally called me later to see how I was feeling. That is the kind of service that stands out to me in this day and age. I will never go anywhere else besides here now.
The doctors and staff are so friendly, and the environment is much more peaceful than your standard dentist's office. It is much less stressful to be in a beautiful environment surrounded by pleasant people.
