look, i know the wait can be long, but if you live in, or near this neighborhood, you know there is nothing of great quality around. that's why it's busy. don't worry, other stuff is opening soon.

Amazing food , the Turmeric Tonic is great and the Biscuits-and Gravy +++
Great food. Great service. Great location. Good people-watching. Busy on weekends — come early. Popular with families, small children. Pastries made on site — delectable. Organic eggs. Strong coffee and now they have an espresso machine, too. Fresh squeezed juice. Seating area outside for the wait. Bar seats for solo eaters. No-frills, simple decor.
Other than the very high noise level, the energy was awesome. The food was delicious. I had the goat cheese omelette and I loved it. Service was perfect and everyone was super friendly. If I lived near Oakland this would definitely be my favorite breakfast place!
Had a really good Ratatouille with Chicken Bail Sausage there. The wait time is a bummer, that just tells you how everyone else feels about the place. The wait is worth it.
This is fantastic place. They are doing so much good there. Get there!!!
