Great food. Great service. Great location. Good people-watching. Busy on weekends — come early. Popular with families, small children. Pastries made on site — delectable. Organic eggs. Strong coffee and now they have an espresso machine, too. Fresh squeezed juice. Seating area outside for the wait. Bar seats for solo eaters. No-frills, simple decor.
Other than the very high noise level, the energy was awesome. The food was delicious. I had the goat cheese omelette and I loved it. Service was perfect and everyone was super friendly. If I lived near Oakland this would definitely be my favorite breakfast place!
RecommendedHad a really good Ratatouille with Chicken Bail Sausage there. The wait time is a bummer, that just tells you how everyone else feels about the place. The wait is worth it.
