Randomly wandered past on a soft opening 2 weeks ago, looked inside, and they were kind enough to seat me. Can't wait for this place to be fully open - I loved the styling, the service, and most importantly, the perfect eggs Benedict. Thanks!
The poached eggs were done perfect. The potatoes were exactly how I prefer them (country potatoes, but crisp bits - hashbrown style). The biscuit was divine. These folks know what they are doing when it comes to breakfast. At the prices they are charging, I am not sure how they are paying their staff. For the quality, they could easily charge 50% more. High end breakfast, awesome prices, excellent quality, awesome staff! Can't ask for much more.
can't wait to never go here. a kickstarter campaign to help you make money where the reward for a $60 pledge is a $4 t-shirt? while oakland teachers haven't had a raise in years and schools are closing? gtfoohwtbs. you wanna make money, fine. go get a gd business loan and let people donate money to causes that will actually help this community as a whole. not just the tech hipster bs you are aiming to appeal to.
