The check in time was at 4pm but the room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. There was a lineup of people at check in and none of their rooms were ready. The staff wasn’t helpful and we were told to wait. Very unprofessional. We wasted our day.
I and my friends are visiting Miami and the location is amazing, but the service was what blew us away! David and Michael were so helpful and accommodating, they contributed so much to our stay and made checking in so easy and addressed all our concerns quickly. Amazing Experience!
