RYAN VANOSS IS THE MAN! I couldn't be more thrilled with Senske. Our yard used to be covered with thistle weeds and now I don't have a single on in our yard. Our grass is green and soft and we are now excited to enjoy our lawn this summer. I have been so pleased with Senske. We orignially started with Tru Green and they made the weeds worse but Senske took care of the job and our yard looks perfect now.
1 star is to many stars! Never dealt with such incompetent people in my life! Can not manage the absolute simplest of tasks! Even after being corrected repeatedly you still cant seem to do your job! Terminate whomever is in charge of hiring, training, customer service, scheduling, customer satisfaction and quality assurance and then, maybe, you can do your job! Absolutely horrendous experience! Save yourself the stress and hire any company besides Senske Sucks At Services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: Matter resolved. (I think. We will see if they come and do as they said they would.) The moral of this story seems to be that complaining on social media works much better than a phone call.
After one year of their lawn services, we have ZERO dandelions in our yard and super happy green grass! I think my neighbor has a dandelion farm in their yard and we still have NONE! Kind of pricey but worth every penny!!!
We have used them for many years for our residence and business and have no complaints. Good people with good ethics
RecommendedSenske is a great! If you are in or around Ogden, Riverdale, Layton, or Syracuse, give them a chance! You're lawn will look amazing!
Always have great results! Have not had a single spider in my home since I started using them.
I will NEVER use senske again!!!! The experience was horrible. They drilled holes on my sliding of my house with out asking. I payed the man cash and they show no record of it. Thank god I have my receipt. But they still keep sending me harassing bills. �
