I caught your company illegally dumping many gallons of leftover fertilizer in the gutter in front of my house. What shame! I have photographic evidence and full documentation of the chemical running four blocks through my neighborhood. I am a photojournalist for Fox 13 in Salt Lake City and have shared the toxic video with my station. Do not do business with these illegal dumpers!
Unsatisfactory Service. It has been 10 weeks since our last service. We have gotten an email or a phone call to reschedule 4 times since June 25th. The first call was a reschedule because the technician was sick. The second cancellation was because it was too windy. Third was because it was forecasted to be too hot (three days later). (91 degrees). So they again rescheduled for a later day, July 9th( which incidentally is forecasted to be hotter yet). Worst company I have ever worked for they will screw you go with a local mom and pop
We have been with Lawn Tech for many years but something has happened to this company. They don't seem to care about customer service any more. They have scheduled service and not shown up, I rescheduled and they cancelled twice. It's amost the end of June and they haven't come out for the 1st application yet. Why do I see their commercials for new customers when they can't take care of the ones they have. The best advertisement is by word of mouth and you lost a long time customer.
Spent hours on phone trying to fix there mess. Had 20 min conversation before any spraying started and declined service this year. Was not worth $400. They sent people out 2x , still sprayed now wants to charge me. I did not accept the girls offer this year. Biggest scam of auto renewal there is even when you tell them your not renewing.
