Extremely happy with their customer service. Kari is very responsive and great to work with. They do great work and are priced really fair.
Very happy with lawn tech We have used them for several years. We have had ground in the middle of yard which they could not kill. This year they used a different solution which killed it but unfortunately killed alot of grass also. The lawn tech saw it when he came to fertilize the lawn. He took picture of it and the next day someone came to look and said they would dig it up and put sod down which they did the same day. Very very impressed with their employees and service. Pest and weed control are ok but VERY disappointed with their tree planting. Last fall they planted a willow during the hottest time of year. I notified them after about a month of babying the tree that it didn’t appear like it was going to live. They told me to wait until spring to see if it would make it. Only one limb has green the rest is dead. I’ve called them 6 times already. They had someone come look at it and said to water it for two weeks. Jeff, the "bare ground treatment" tech came and sprayed the grounds today and did an incredible job. Even though I wasn't available to give direction, he took the time and initiative to check and spray ALL areas needed, no matter how small. He's a keeper! (And, no, we're not related...excellent service deserves recognition.)

We have used Lawntech's services for about 18 years now and have received many compliments on our lawn and trees. Their employees are very professional and helpful, always willing to do their best.
My lawn looks good, but their employees are nothing to be desired. Today, as I was standing outside the school I work at, waiting for buses to arrive, a lawn tech truck drove by, and as he was passing the front door to the school, dumped a large cup of sunflower seeds in the street. Very disgusting and very disrespectful!
