THIS COMPANY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Anitriss WAS NEVER VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS GIVING US THE RUN AROUND ABOUT THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY STATING SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERY TIME WE CALLED! MADE US APPLY LATER SAYING THAT WE ARE QUALIFIED AND THEN ASK FOR 6000 UPFRONT PLUS RENT DUE AND THE 3 MONTHS WOULD BE ADDED TO THE END OF THE LEASE. AFTER APPLYING AND GOING BACK AND FORTH SHE TELLS US THE OWNERS WOULD LIKE TO GET MORE APPLICANTS BEFORE A DECISION IS MADE. We are renters at one of the properties that Sensational Realty Manages, They have bend over backwards to make sure that things are fixed and we have no problems with the property. They are easy to reach both the office and field manager Mathew. Rent is easy to get to them online and we are happy we rented from Sensational Realty.

I have worked with Sensational Realty for years now as a Landlord. They are by Far the best Property Managers in the business, taking care of making sure my property does not get ruined and making sure I get my rental proceeds from the tenants. They have aggressive collection methods if the tenant does not pay the rent, so the negative reviews here I am sure are from tenants not liking that, but I can tell you they are the best.

The worst real estate company ever,they use your deposit to renovate their homes and claim that you messed the house. I would never advise anyone to rent from them. That Shelly lady, very rude ... Please be careful when renting from them. Take pictures when you move in and when you move out. They will try to keep your deposit.
