Absolutely trash company. They'll be hearing from my lawyer regarding legal action.
When we were moving from Texas we found our current rental and decided to move here. A dryer came with the unit but since we had our own we informed them we didn't need it and was assured it would be moved by the time we got there. 3 weeks later we moved in to the dryer still there. 2 months after it's still here and our property manager barely responds to us about it. Moved into a property during Covid. It was NOT freshly painted and no new carpet. The unit was not professionally cleaned prior to move-in but we really liked the area. Reported all paint damage, leak in refrigerator, draw front in kitchen that fell off first month and took another month to get repaired. No maintenance/repair issues at me ever addressed. Property sold after we were told NO it wasn’t going on the market so we moved early and then they kept ALL of my 1750 deposit! They can only account for -1000 but the story ... read more
Company is useless and home owners are slum lords. Been a year since I've vacated a rental through them due to negligence and still haven't received my deposit back.
