A few days ago we bought our very first Subaru. Everything about my experience was exceptional. EVERYTHING! Everyone there was happy, helpful and made the process of buying a car easy and actually fun (I've had the opposite in the past!) Josh was excellent to work with and got us exactly what we wanted. He was so sweet, patient (I had my toddler with me) and professional and Vickie was like we've known her forever. I've already begun referring family and friends. I finally own a 'Subie'!
Sendell's Service department is top notch! Special mention goes to John, Mike & AJ, as well as the entire team. They make a service visit a pleasure. From the friendly greeting when you arrive, throughout the appointment, they all are prompt, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. My appointments are always as scheduled and it's seems I am on my way in no time. Thank-you!
John in the service center is absolutely phenomenal in his customer service. I cannot express how great my experiences have been at Sendell Subaru. They are kind, helpful, and caring when it comes to all of your Subaru needs. John went above & beyond today to cater to my busy work schedule and get my Subaru checked out before the weekend. My husband and I bought our first Subaru about a month ago. We were crunched for time and needed something fast. Went to Sendell and they were so incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had my car in for an inspection today. John B is always so friendly and helpful when I take my car in for service. Today he went above and beyond and had my car spotless when I came in to pick it up. He took time to clean the inside of my car for me before I got there to pick it up. Such great customer service!!

My husband and I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and, without question, this was the best experience. Joshua answered all of our questions, treated us fairly and was down to earth, yet professional. The entire process, including the paperwork, was handled efficiently and pleasantly. We cannot recommend Sendell any higher and will certainly return when the time comes to replace one of our other vehicles.
