just bought a new WRX with the works and upgrade exhaust! drives great lotta power. Kevin in sales was very helpful negotiating price and ordering. Jay was excellent with showing me all the whistles and bells as in buttons and controls. joe m.

I love my subaru, but I haven't been too happy about some the the customer service and lack of communication. I purchased the maintenance advantage plan along with my forester. I then moved out of state and was not sure about how that would work so I called and was told that it could be used at any subaru dealer. After I was then charged for my oil change, I called again and was then told that I could use it at any dealer as long as they sold the zurich. I have called and left several messages with both the office manager an... read more

Love my new Subaru Outback! I just spent a pleasant afternoon with Jay who helped me to learn all about the great safety features and some other really cool things! and...he even washed my Outback :) And then there was the $50.00 gas card, nice! Thanks Jay! My husband and I have had a great experience all around, starting with Jim and our test drives, no high pressure just good info. We will definitely tell our friends!

I've had my new Impreza for a couple of weeks now and finally got around to scheduling my "tech review" with Jay, and I glad that I did!!! I picked up quite a few helpful hints on playing media and using my phone through the car. Jay has a laid back approach in his teaching, answering any question I had and even anticipating some that I hadn't thought of! We bought an Outback from Josh two weeks ago. What a great experience! Then today I met with Jay for a follow up visit, he thoroughly explained the features of my car that I didn't understand and answered any questions I had. Probably took about 45 mins. Wow! What great features my car has! The Eyesight, the Backup Camera, Automatic lights, Voice Activated controls, I could go on and on!!! I LOVE MY NEW OUTBACK! My hood latch was recalled. I scheduled to have it replaced on February 3rd. That morning received a call asking if I ordered the part. Not thinking this was my responsibility cancelled the appointment. About 2 weeks later called to ask if the part was in. I was told that they were having a hard time getting the part. Someone would follow up with me. March 2nd got a voicemail stating the part was no longer available to try aftermarket. I called Kenny Ross that day. I had my Subaru Love Encore Delivery with Jay Stulbarg this evening. Jay was very friendly and informative. He answered all the questions I had about my Subaru and explained all the features the car has in great detail. I would recommend this meeting for everyone new to Subaru. And he has good taste in music...another plus. Thanks again for the infomation.
