Traveling from Michigan the service engine so light came on. Because of the location we stopped at the shop to check it out. They squeezed us in and sent us to their very nice waiting place. Thankfully nothing major wrong and we were on our way within the hour.
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I have had nothing but good experiences from Sendell's sales and service departments. Today, I walked into the service department with a leak in a tire. I got a loaner car free of charge, and four new tires mounted and balanced in less then an hour. John and AJ made my day! Thanks guys!
I had a great experience picking up my new work vehicle, a Subaru Outback! Not only is the car fantastic, but the people at Sendell were even better! Thank you to Jay for such a thorough review of the car's functionality and to Debbie formaking it a breeze to get through all of the fleet paperwork. A five star experience all around!
