OMG. I would not use them again! Every time I had to contact them it would take weeks and weeks to get an answer, Literally!! It took 5 weeks to get a status update on my project. Another time it took 5 weeks to get the monitoring app. In fact I just got it today. The sales and installation guys are great. But when one spends 20-30 thousand dollars you expect better customer service. They ignore your first several calls then when they do answer it’s like they are doing you a favor. An excellent company in all regards. Every person we dealt with, from Gavin Pingel, to the entire office staff and installers, went out of their way to keep us informed and guide us through the process. Highly recommended.
Semper Solaris was one of 3 quotes that I received. Gavin P***** came out from Solaris to walk me through the process, and also provided a very reasonable quote based on the work needed. The entire Semper team was great through the entire process, and now that we have the system installed, we are very happy. Thank you Gavin and the Semper Team!
I chose Semper Solaris after reading lots of good review. After a salesperson came and signed the contract on June 28, 2019. Everything went downhill. Took a month for someone to do the measurement. After that, no one called or updated me unless I called them. In the past month, I kept calling them and they just did not want to give me a expected installation date. I will suggest people thinking about Solar panels in Hayward area look for other installers to save you some trouble.

Do not use this company. They will promise the moon and do the install but never activate the system. I am in the bay area and bought the most expensive high end system I could and trusted these guys because they say that they are veterans. Veterans are disciplined and committed to service. Not these guys, No customer support, No follow up on system status. Just high and dry customer service. They did send me my final bill, what's next collections. Semper Solaris has failed to install a system ordered 6 months ago and continuously makes promises they fail to keep. Consider ANY OTHER business before Semper Solaris.
Nicole came to the appointment, prepared and created a proposal on site. They have great finance options and great customer service.
