WARNING!! This is a warning that this company is completely inept. I contracted to have 4 different jobs with them over 14 months ago. The final job (solar and battery installation/operation) was just completed less than 3 weeks ago. However, the key is that they have been fully paid since January 2021. What that means is that I have been paying for solar without the benefits of solar for 5 months. I have been double-billed, by the solar company and the electric company. Recently had solar panels and Tesla batteries installed, along with electrical service upgrade. The quality of the work and customer service was outstanding. Navigating the permits and PG&E process is complicated and Semper Solaris handled all of this, ensuring a great outcome. I am pretty much off the grid now- highly recommend this contractor!

I heard about Semper Solaris on KFI radio. Bob K*** was my salesman. Bob is knowledgeable, straightforward and made good on all his promises. My crew was firstrate. They got the job done well and were very clean and respectful.My system is performing flawlessly. I already had solar panels and Semper Solaris installed 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. My husband and I knew it was time to replace our 30-year old roof and decided to look into solar again. We met with 4 San Francisco Bay Area contractors that could do both roofing and solar. Had my roof replaced and I was impressed how organized SemperSOLARIS was… I was working with Tim on this project. Communication and Coordination was excellent. All of the teams were efficient and cleaned up well. Tear-off team, material delivery, roof installers (which included metal parts) , rain gutters installers and finally inspector were coordinated well without delays. Overall I give a 5/5 rating and would recommend.

As our electric bill grew and solar incentives became attractive we began to consider converting our Long Beach home to solar power. We looked around, asked friends and family and in particular we read with interest the reviews on Yelp. That is where we were first made aware of Semper Solaris. I heard about Semper Solaris when I did a google search, saw their internet ads and decided to investigate. I have lots of veterans in my family and that appealed to me. I had a decent understanding of the technology prior to meeting with Bob King. Bob was quick to point out the cost/benefits ratio long term. I really thought I had found a good company to install our solar battery. Robin came out, was very nice and explained everything to us. We felt comfortable with him so we signed the contract and gave a $1,000.00 deposit. It took quite a while for the process to get started which I can understand. The crew that came out was very nice but they weren't able to finish the install. 1.5 months later, they finally came back to finish the install. I heard about Semper Solaris through a TV commercial. My salesman, Bob K***, was incredibly helpful and informative. He made us feel very comfortable and we really enjoyed working with him. We have a family member in the air force and Bob made sure we received the military discount that Semper offers. Bob recommended exactly the right amount of panels.
