I have been completely satisfied with Semper Solaris. From the initial consultation to completion of solar install, this company far exceeded my expectations. We had our power walls installed today. The Bakersfield crew of Adam, Remy, Will, Jarone and Chris were spectacular. They were very professional, polite and thorough. They went the extra mile to make sure that everything was working properly and we were satisfied.
The were timely in every aspect of the preparation. They have kept me up to date on the progress of the project and all of there representatives have been friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for more from a contractor.
I saw a commercial for Semper and called them. Everything from the beginning was so easy. The other companies I met with it was like jumping through hoops. When it was time to move forward, I knew who I wanted to call. My sales rep was Bob K***. Semper Solaris took 8 months to install a system that did not meet LA city codes. Despite repeated promises from Semper Solaris that they would make changes to comply with LA city codes, they never did. We spent thousands of dollars correcting Semper Solaris installation to comply with LA city codes. Semper Solaris agreed we could deduct our costs from the contracted amount. Just had my 12 month solar anniversary and my system has produced 8% over the annual guaranteed output. This is in spite of more rainy and gloomy weather than usual..
