This the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. Nothing but lies, lack of communication, delays, excuses. We have been trying to get our solar up and running for 6 months. We signed our contract 6 months ago. We gave them a HUGE check 5 months ago and today we hit yet another snag with inspection. As usual, their stall techniques, lack of doing what should have been done has caused yet another delay. OMG. I would not use them again! Every time I had to contact them it would take weeks and weeks to get an answer, Literally!! It took 5 weeks to get a status update on my project. Another time it took 5 weeks to get the monitoring app. In fact I just got it today. The sales and installation guys are great. But when one spends 20-30 thousand dollars you expect better customer service. They ignore your first several calls then when they do answer it’s like they are doing you a favor. Here Comes The Sun If you’re reading this, you are likely giving serious thought to solar electrification. I can honestly report that “the juice is worth the squeeze.” Beyond saving a LOT of money, the downstream benefits to generations unborn is significant. There is no shortage of contractors promising to help you go solar and reduce your utility costs. Many of them, no doubt, are honorable and capable. Our home inspector recommended Semper Solaris since they did his home. We met with Bob K*** who got us all set up. We were in the middle of a refi and Semper kept up with us and waited until we were ready to move forward. That was huge. It was a flawless install – they explained what each step was throughout the process. Semper kept us apprised of all the inspections and handled all of it. A friend and colleague referred me to Semper who had installed his system. Bob K*** came to my house. He was great, didn’t BS me which I appreciate. I was at work when they installed my system and I did have to wait a few weeks for it to be turned on. I did not have to worry about the permit process which was nice. I am currently considering a battery back up and will definitely call Bob and use Semper Solaris when the time comes. I called up seven companies and had them all come on the same day. Bob K*** with Semper Solaris was the fourth to appear and met with me after the others had left. I already knew what I wanted and was leaning to Semper since I’m a vet. I sat down with all the proposals and decided to call Bob. He worked out a great price the equipment I wanted and I’m glad I did. The crew was awesome — efficient, very professional and clean. I got a Service Panel upgrade as well. My brother in law did a lot of research and decided to meet with Semper Solaris. The salesperson Bob K*** was very knowledgeable and took the time show me how going solar at my home could also benefit me and my family and save us a great deal of money. The install team was very professional and kept me updated at each step along the way.
