Staff is so awesome and made my move-in hectic-free!!
They're so friendly here and they answer the phone right away. Maintenance has been here all day to make sure all problems we have are taken care of and they even put my queen bedroom set together since the movers didn't do so. this place is pretty great so far.

There seems to be a terrible problem with the plumbing. I believe it is primarily due to the age of the pipes but we have had leaks multiple times resulting in outrageous water bills as well as plumbers turning off the water without prior notice. Thankfully the City of Tallahassee called and told us that our water meter was "spinning". We have also had black mold on our walls for two years which maintenance either ignores or inadequately "patches". So, why do we still live here? Awesome location, super close to all the colleges and night life! Not only is the staff great but the apartments are affordable and so nice!
Such an amazing place to live as a student! Affordable and comfortable; I would not want to stay any where else :)
