RecommendedSamantha was super sweet! She gave me a tour and was completely honest about everything! No sugar coating. She gave it to me straight and she’s the reason I leased. We have the same last name so that adds points too! Super fast and careful with packages! She also worked late to find me a furnished unit since I had no furniture at all! They’re great and have no breed or weight restrictions on pets. I can’t wait to move in!
Repeated maintenance problems such as no hot water, flooding apartment, and now no water at all. no urgency to resolve the problems
Multiple issues with maintenance. No hot water on two separate occasions now - for about a week the first time and now another 4 days and counting. Electrical problems as well. When they came in to "fix" my daughter's electrical, they broke the corner of her desk. Now she's been without hot water for 4 days and the complex saying this isn't an "emergency" so they won't send anyone out until Monday. She's paying for a hotel so she can take a shower. Very poor customer service on management's part. We can't wait for her lease ... read more
Love it here! Great staff, great place.
place was in disrepair and and dirty. I feel they show you a model but, the model is not like the appartment that they assigned to my Son. I am extremely disappointed. I feel it was similar to a bate and switch.
Love the community and staff very quiet neighborhood
