I purchased a Vehicle 4/24/21 form this dealership. They stated and brought out a document they were going to remove the Optional Dealer added accessories fee of $1,894.00 if they did then I will do Business. I signed management signed the approval document and later come to find out charges were still there. The vehicle Price was at $13,995.00 I understand before fees my total spend was $21,138.00 and I gave a $5,000.00 Down these numbers make no sense. I tried to purchase a car from this dealership for a little over one week and repeatedly got excuses and no call backs or emails. Even when my banking partner manager contacted them. They had me fill out a financing application even though I told them I financed through my bank. And ultimately did not get the car because they sold it after 8 days of me trying to purchase the vehicle.

These guys seriously screwed me over, if I could give them 0 stars I would. This vehicle I purchased had a problem before I purchased it. Their sales associate told me the vehicle was checked out but, he really didn't know. As I was driving on the highway the dashboard lights turned off. I had to bang on the dashboard to turn them back on. That is not safe. That did not happen within the 30 days that I owned it. I called and spoke to a manager Dave last week and told him about it. Check out all the one star reviews and here's one more. I washed my car Thursday, October 24th. On Friday I brought my car in to David Maus Toyota in Sanford, FL to get the weatherstripping replaced on the drivers side door. They replaced the stripping and all was good until I arrived home and noticed on the right front lower part of my fender was scrapped. The rim was also scrapped. I went back to Maus today, Wednesday, October 30th to show them the damage and to explain how this could happen. They right away took no blame ... read more

After thoroughly inspecting your vehicle on the drive, we have concluded that the damage you have is consistent with curb damage, there is no paint transfer on your vehicle from anything in the service department, including any curbs around the dealership.

Typically the kind of reputation know for car dealers ...sleazy Such a long story to tell. I first walked away keeping our car. The next morning we got a call and the salesman even came to our house. Numbers changed Money changed. Had to wait over 3 weeks just to get paper work. This is not the same dealership we bought from 5 years ago.

My son came into their dealership TO BUY AN ELANTRA. We had done our research and comparisons and he came in TODAY to buy a car. He had the misfortune to meet Hong S** who was extremely rude to him and would not even show him the car. Instead, he came back with Joseph C***** who swept him out of the store without allowing him to test drive the car.
