Best company to work for hands down. We help people on a daily basis to make sure their family is financially protected. The sense of security we give clients is priceless.
Working with this company for life insurance has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Unprofessional, rude, and can't seem to retain employees, judging by how many people have handled my case. After 3 months I finally gave up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Why would we want a quote? You can't place the business after we give it to you. We had everything settled on December 3rd. Now you call today, the day after Christmas and say you haven't enacted the policy and that you can't find your files because the rep took a better job. SELECTQUOTE is now SILLYQUOTE! No more!

I would never recommend Select Quote to anyone. It took us over three months to get our policies transferred and still had to contact them after that to get copies of our policies and even auto insurance cards for our car. They kept transferring the information I gave them incorrectly to the Safeco Insurance Company. I now find out 9 months later that the policy that was transferred for my daughter was never right. She has not been covered for over 9 months because they left her off the policy entirely, only added her car, a... read more
