first off my consultant tarra was awesome and she got me the best quotes and a better insurance with better policies.
I had a nightmare experience with SelectQuote Insurance services. An agent called me and wanted to review my home and auto policies. SelectQuote then sent me a proposal from Travelers Insurance. I checked with my current carrier, AAA, and found the AAA proposal to be much better. Then the agent called me back. I told him in no uncertain terms (either dozens or hundreds of times) that I was not interested in his proposal. I was called back to be harassed by one of the sales people name Larry wise. Not such a wise thing to do to anybody. Therefore I’m spreading his name around and letting everybody know about select quote. So unprofessional I never experienced anything like that in my life.
I had a very very Rude agent who when I asked a few questions suddenly said “ you are taking too much of my time and hung up on me “ . I never have experienced a more rude rep for any company or business!
Don't believe the reviews on their website. I can't find anywhere to leave a review. They claim to have a 4 star rating based on 8200 reviews. After 7 months of delays, lack of follow up, inability to get paperwork right to obtain medical records and needing "just one more bit of information" their bait and switch tactics are evident.
