classic bait and switch. Quoted a low premium, knowing my diabetic history. Offer came back much much higher. Buyers beware

Poor customer service. No one called me after i filled out online information so i called them. Was on hold for long time and ended up hanging up. Guy called me while i was at work. Asked him to call me at a certain time which he assured me he would. He did not call and again i got tired of waiting..guess i will try a company that wants my business.
Have used SelectQuote twice for life insurance. Got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. They were prompt, courteous, and did the medical at my house. Satisfied customer. Zero complaints.
SelectQuote gave me a lower price quote for auto insurance and then the insurance company tried to raise my rates. The agent from SelectQuote called me on Monday and said he'd get with the insurance company and call me right back. It's Thursday, still no call and the insurance company told me to deal with Select Quote. From what I've been able to tell, our rates are quite a bit higher than the quoted rates because SelectQuote said our children were licensed at age 16 and they were actually licensed at 17 & 18. These F-krs sold my info to telemarketers immediately after I started a life insurance process with them. For 10 years I never got a single junk call on my cell phone. Just 2 days after talking to them, I started receiving junk calls every day on both the numbers I gave to them. Glad I didn't go ahead and use them after seeing the negative reviews just about everywhere.
