Incredibly incompetent!! My husband has MS! I told these fools this upfront over and over. I was reassured this isn’t an issue! 3 months later... we got a denial letter from Prudential denying my husband coverage because “ your medical records indicate your have MS” no fu*king kidding!!! I won’t be buying my insurance though then even though they keep emailing me!! Screw you!

Still having a terribly difficult time resolving any of the issues on each of the four insurance policies that Selectquote placed for my wife and I after more than six months attempting to resolve these issues. I would strongly recommend that people considering shopping for life insurance policies steer clear of Selectquote as both companies that they placed us with, have made significant errors and caused difficulty on all four of our polcies and have not been abe to resolve any of these issues for over six months. The Arizona rep Stan Williams only returned my calls when he knew he could sell me something. Due to my inherited house and Wells Fargo's horrible internals, I discovered I may have been double paying for my homeowner's insurance. I called Stan Williams and left a message and said I was very upset that he or Select Quote did not send the homeowners information to Wells Fargo so they would not put their own insurance inside my payment, and I insisted on a call back right away. today I woke up to my mother on the phone with someone pushing for her private information. confused at 75, She gave the phone to me, I informed him we were working with an agent and we were not interested, and he kept going. I told him to have a good day and hung up. he called three more times. I answered and asked to be added to the do not call list and he kept trying to talk over me. was able to save a good bit of money on my auto insurance- even compared to Geico! Lowest rate by far and it was set up quick and easy.; when I needed proof of insurance faxed/emailed to the DMV it was done in seconds. No complaints!
Literally the WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I cancelled a policy that I had for 14 yrs with liberty mutual for the savings that they promised. Then I found out that they lied to travelers to get me covered. They said I had a hydrate near by and I didn’t have an underground oil take. When travelers found out- they canceled me!!!! So I had to have the tank removed and had NO HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE!!!! Got a call today. Woman was very nice then transferred the call to agent who was obnoxious, snooty and intrusive!!! I wanted to supplement existing Life insurance I have at the moment. Agent wanted to know how much I have now and with what company. It doesn’t matter how much I have or with who! That’s none of your business! Either you want to quote me on more insurance or not. Stay away from this company!!! - (and Agent Johnathon Hagler) it has and proven to be a company overflowing with horrible and incompetent people. I am so disappointed I didn’t do more research before working with them - they have made a complete mess of all my insurance policies. It has taken me months trying to fix the mess they made (no thanks to Agent Jonathan Hagler #clueless). Run away, don’t walk!!!!
