Incredibly incompetent--can't even manage to file the proper paperwork with the carrier. They keep calling to apologize but never fix the problem.
By not being chickenshit corporate greed mongers who close offices and let people go just before they can retire.

I was not happy with my sales agent, Paul Fallace. I told him of a health conditions that I had and he found us a company that would cover me. Well, they did not cover me. I tried to talk to Paul about the situation. I emailed and left voice mails, since he would take my calls. They constantly called to get my husband’s business, but could be bothered to talk to me. I don’t appreciate being treated like a leper.

Took 6 mos to get our policies. Husbands took longest. They cashed my check for initial premium and sent us congratulatory email. After that, never heard from them until suddenly there was an issue with name and signature on the debit payment document. We thought they were correcting but meanwhile rec'd check back for initial premium and they canceled our policy. No phone calls. No emails. Just canceled. I wasted my TIME and my money. I am LIVID and I am taking my term life insurance business else where.

After being approved for life insurance and yes they cashed the check, I had emergency surgery and was dropped. When I called select quote to complain and tell them I'm getting a lawyer, their response was " we have 100 lawyers. Stay away. I'm sure the fine print states " customer cannot die while policy is in effect" they just want $$$$
