Very dissatisfied. All most a week after our agent receives inspection report that we had limited time to act on (apparently he just sat on the report not doing anything for almost a week) he finally sends me an email saying "Do you have this? Did we go through this?" Unbelievable! Then the day of closing (actually just one hour before closing) get an email saying my agent will not be there but someone else from select homes would be there if i had any questions with no further explanation.. Ok. So, my husband and I were first time home buyers and it's such a daunting and scary thing to commit to such a big Purchase. I connected with Katie Walton and immediately, she set our minds at ease. Using a buyers agent took the guesswork out of what can become a bad decision when looking at a new home. She found us a perfect home to look at and within a couple weeks of looking, we had an offer, then a contract.
