RecommendedOur buyers agent was Shay L Rhodes she is awesome, when she says she works for you she means it, she has great communication and keeps you in the loop. She will go to bat for and work hard, she even helped us out with another issue we were having. She is very experienced and makes transaction go as smooth as possible. We would recommend her to anyone buy a home.
I sure wish there was a zero star rating for unethical, dishonest performance . . . Called Select Homes to talk with Mike King about one of his property listings. The receptionist may have possibly incorrectly transferred us to Mike Reid instead. Nonetheless, we asked for a showing of the home. RecommendedMy husband and I purchased our home through select homes, our realtors name was Melissa Flower. She was fantastic we had a limited budget and a ridiculous wish list however she found us a home that met our needs as well as our price! She is amazing and we would use her again! First off, I was not a client of Select Homes, I bought a house that they had listed. I can say that they easily ruined our experience in buying our first home. They have made it to where we NEVER want to buy again. Steve Wilbur was the agent on the house we bought. I have absolutely nothing nice or good to say about this company.
