Do not trust what Dylan Pohlman he talked you into an inspector that misses everything important then promised a home warranty that won’t cover anything bought a house and heater doesn’t work now that we turned it on company says has to be replaced 8 thousand and the warranty he got us says they won’t pay for it so kids and family with no heat all winter because his lies we are out thousands already for other stuff he said would be covered and it’s not

I am deeply disappointed in Select Homes after what happened to me on Monday. I had a confirmed appointment for a 9 am meeting with Brian that morning. Leslie called me from the office that morning to confirm the 9 am was still on. I told her yes. Well, 9 am and still waiting. 9:30 and still waiting. 9:45 and still waiting. You get the picture. Wish i could leave negative 10... i lost 1700 dollars... some items were to be fixed on my house. (Siding) contract stated paint to be included. Well it wasnt, they say oops my bad. That cost me 1700 dollars. Now recently i had a plumbing leak, they told me they would buy me a home warranty.. apparently they never paid up.. what a joke.. if i had money to burn i would spend the money to sue them... ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DONT USE THEM..

Require you to use your phone number as a password in order to share a home listing via email. Then called twice in one hour. The second time they left a voicemail of a first name, no last name or where they are calling from. I was able to track down the phone number on Google and have blocked it. Very shady way of doing business.
