I'll delete this review when my situation is resolved. My floors were installed WEEKS ago and they ran out of material and left my only downstairs bathroom unfinished with the toilet pulled off the floor and unusable. I had to call them and complain two weeks later for them to half -@$$ appologize and send the kind worker out to complete the job and he gets here and realizes he has the wrong product. literally says, "sorry again.." and leaves.
