Went for lunch with the wife and kids after a visit to Belle Isle Aquarium. Everything was so delicious - I had the smoked trout cakes where were amazing. We will be back!
Delicious. Our first time here. Came straight from our morning visit to the DIA. So close and nearby. The avocado : grapefruit : fennel : pistachio : mint salad was unique and crisp. The trout cakes were served with hollandaise and broccolini. Perfect blending of flavors. Great, fun, fresh atmosphere. Low noise level. A real gem.
Went to dinner last night on a friend's recommendation - it was RIDICULOUSLY delicious. We had the sweet potato ravioli, and oh man, it was heavenly. This was the best ravioli I have ever consumed in my life. I kid you not, my dad laughed after he took a first bite, and called it a "flavor explosion." We also had some amazing desserts - the dark chocolate pots de creme and rhubarb tart - definitely hard to say which was better. Thanks for an excellent dinner!
