I have a neighbor that is on section 8 who is harassing most of the neighbors. Each day he's strolling around the parking lot drunk and gets belligerent with everyone wether they're walking from or to their car. I call the section 8 office and get " there's nothing we can do, call the landlord and the police" that's a lie. They can do plenty. They're simply lazy and ignorant
