The lady at the front desk was very helpful and very nice .
The older lady who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. Three times in a row, she snapped at me asking a question and cut me off by transferring me to voicemail. How is this acceptable? How do people get away with treating people in need, this way?
Nothing like having your First Amendment rights violated while being treated less than because you have limited income and are disabled. 'I'm here to help you,' my butt. BTW - the Americans With Disabilities Act says, regardless of my disability, if I don't understand something and ask for clarification or have questions, they are to be answered. Not happening in this office! :-(
