When I called the Lady was helpful and when I reached the office she was awesome and helpful! Thank you
This office makes sure they give you a hard time to get in. Won’t except acceptable credentials such as passport. Telling me I need to get a new social security card and just giving me the run around. Moving from out of state coming from Texas and they are being this difficult when my file was well put together why tear it apart.
Who ever answers the phone seems to always have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Customer Service skills are out of the window.
