I habe been living in this place for 10 year . It s a family place really quite. I love it . The area is perfect .
i have been living here for three years and honestly i can say that the people that work here and the people that live here are very nice and amazing people. jose and henry are two amazing people that make this building amazing place to live. gives it a very warm and welcoming feeling people that love here are kind and very peaceful way!!
Second plaza has been a wonderful home for my wife and I. Since the day that we came looking for an apartment, Jose the manager and Henry the maintenance guy have always been very kind. Jose convinced us quickly to move into this building. And we are glad that we did. The price is very good for its location. It’s not a huge sky scraper so we actually get to know our neighbors of the building. Very central location, 5 mins from Wynwood, 10 from downtown, 15 from Brickell, and 20 from the beach.
