All the advantages of this building are completely negated by the non‑working elevators. One of them never works, and the other only works intermittently. The only elevator that does work can break down multiple times a day. It’s awful climbing the stairs in the heat, especially when you have bags. I’ve seen reviews where people complain about this, but management apparently can’t resolve the issue.

Ni hablar de la mugre de los pasillos, la humedad, los aires rotos y los pisos levantados por la humedad, paredes con hongos, los elevadores se rompen 3 veces por semana.. Lived here for five years, only moved due to work. I absolutely loved it. Family building, quiet, good cost for the area, always get your packages, easy for food and deliveries. The staff is responsive & friendly, Jose Carlos & Henry always helped with any issue. It honestly was a great place to live, we felt safe and had security overnight. One of my favorite buildings I’ve lived in while a Miami resident.
Well-maintained building and a staid and responsive manager José Carlos and maintenance guy Henry, makes a big difference in the overall experience. It’s great that the community spaces like the gym and pool are well cared for; the unit is in great condition too. Really quiet place, nice neighbors. Very important for a lot of stories building, elevators are working all the time. Highly recommended.
