This location is very poorly managed. The drinks are inconsistently made, menu items are often unavailable (due to ingredients missing or equipment not working) and the bathroom is dirty. Avoid.
I love their coffee and for years their customer service at this location has been average but nothing egregious. However, their response to a recent, small issue stands out for the wrong reasons: 1. On Victoria Day, ordered from their app - as the order was accepted I assumed the store was open. However on arrival, the store was closed (this was 1030 AM).
