The employees working tonight at 81 bay at 830pm went above and beyond to accommodate me. Great work. Delicious!!
The male with long black hair working on March 3rd argued with me because I asked for a bagel with butter and cream cheese and said I can't have both. Secondly the bagel he made was uneatable, there was so much butter and cream cheese that I couldnt even bite into it. I had to throw it out. Probably did it on purpose, I also witnessed him giving attitude to the people in front of me because they didnt take their coffee fas enough.

The Minimum Is 1 Star, Second Cup Is A Zero Absolutely disappointed with this Second Cup location in Union Station. During a major blizzard — when buses were cancelled, people were stranded, and conditions were genuinely unsafe — they refused to provide cups of water to customers and passersby.
