I don’t know what the other comments are talking about. This location has the nicest baristas. I come in everyday for a coffee and have been treated with nothing but great service and kindness.
My drinks always taste different every time I go to this Second Cup. Sometimes they’re really good, and other times the same drink tastes completely different. The service is usually fine, but I wish there was more consistency with the drinks.
Popped into Second Cup Richmond Hill on my way back from a meeting and honestly it's become my go-to. Latte was pulled properly, not burnt like most chains, and the espresso shot had a real crema. Wifi held up while I got two hours of work done. Grabbed a butter croissant too, flaky and fresh. Vibe's chill, staff actually chat. Solid spot.
