Staff need to learn some manors. Can't even say thank you. Obviously the business will survive without my service and for the person serving to use that position to be rude or unthakful for polite customers speaks volumes to how poor quality of a human the server is. Thankfully God let you stay as a server, until you learn how to be humble. God is great.
Picked up four horribly prepared caramel correttos
I had order in store, it was my first time ordering from second cup I got an iced americano. The service was great the staff was very friendly. The service was fast and the americano tastes amazing. Overall very happy with it
I ordered a strawberry Italian soda and it was so bad and bitter. Had to throw it away
