One of the baristas was extremely rude. When I tried to pick up my drink, our hands slightly misaligned but nothing spilled. The barista pulled it back, telling me not to take drinks by hand and to use the table instead, while acting as if they could have been hurt and lecturing me. Go to another second cup on campus. Barista here is exceptionally rude. Forgot to add milk, and when I reminded her, she became very condescending, and remarked “can I get you anything else?” in a sneering manner.
Timings are wrong. Never see them open on weekends. Food is very good.
I forgot to ask for oat milk before they made my drink and both the baristas rolled their eyes at me and was being extremely rude. I was very upset from that, I’m lactose intolerant and I can’t have dairy. I apologize multiple times and they both ignored me and made me feel really bad. I couldn’t even enjoy my drink after that because I lost my appetite.
