I ordered a brewed coffee and it had coffee residue at the bottom. Never had this experience at other second cup locations.
always love coming to this coffee shop each morning! the staff are so kind and always remember my order :)
The worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady got my order won't and when I told her about it, she literally directed her manager instead of me. Sorry rude. Did not fix my drink. Ruined my entire morning.
