The worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady got my order won't and when I told her about it, she literally directed her manager instead of me. Sorry rude. Did not fix my drink. Ruined my entire morning.
Easily the best Second Cup location! The staff here are incredibly friendly — both the cashier and barista greeted me with warm smiles and pleasant conversation. They clearly know their regulars and their go-to drinks, which really adds a personal touch. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the place is spotless. Oh, and the drinks? Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
