Literally just asked for a cup, why are you trying to charge me for a cup. Now the next time in need coffee or a drink in the morning I won't be coming here, that's just bad business practice

I don’t understand what’s the point in mobile ordering for pick up if I always give them 30 mins ahead of them, and somehow still end up waiting 10-15 mins to get my drink once I’ve already arrived smh.
